Passionate about dance since childhood, Alexandra first evolved into jazz, classical and contemporary. At the age of 7, she discovered couple dances, including rock and boogie, while pursuing solo styles. At the age of 11, she met the West Coast Swing, a real love at first sight.

Since then, she has continued to explore and transmit this dance, which she has been teaching for more than 15 years in Lyon. She has participated in many West Coast Swing competitions in France and internationally, and now evolves in the All Star category. Alexandra also teaches Lindy Hop, a dance in which she brings all her sensitivity, musicality and swing experience.

Fred started dancing at 19, starting with hip-hop and rock'n'roll. Very quickly, he fell under the spell of Boogie, Lindy Hop, and more broadly swing dances.

A competitive dancer, he has distinguished himself in many national and international events, winning several titles and reaching the finals in different categories. Today he shares his passion with enthusiasm, always with a style of his own, a lot of humor and a generous pedagogy.

As a couple on stage as in life, Alexandra and Fred have been teaching Lindy Hop together for two years. Their complicity, their complementarity and their joy of dancing are contagious. Together, they like to transmit much more than steps: energy, a story and a real pleasure of moving together.
